The best way to do it would be to copy all of your files
from youc "c" drive to your other drive and then switch
them on the cables . The other way that might work is if
your "h" drive is a master drive and has all the needed
files to boot from you could go into control
panel/administrative tools/computer management/disk
management and reassign drive letters . Warning if you
mess this up your system might not boot so have a boot
disk that works handy
