how to install a scanner again

when iv tried to install my scanner again its sayin i
need the compact disk labeld visioneer one touch 4800 usb
but i havent got it what should i do?

1. Go to the manufacturers website and download the drivers and use those
to install;

or

2. Contact the manufacturer and buy a new CD from them.

Which ever method you choose, don't be so careless as to lose the new
drivers.
