Unable to recognize hardware, scanner tech adv restore register to original

I am having a problem installing a Visioneer 8920
scanner. Visioneer tech adv to restore registry to
original state prior to install of scanner. How do I do
that, is my request. Thank you. EM

Try an uninstall of your scanner using the instructions on the Visioneer
website:
