Can anyone tell me how to clear up this cookies mess. I
keep getting the pop-up asking to accept/block cookies
and of course I get the ones I want. However, with the
way my son has this set up (neither one of us too
computer-whizzes), I am unable to sign on to Yahoo, AOL,
Netscape. I have tired the security/accept all cookies,
instructions sent to me and what I have seen on the
information spots but am unable to unscramble this
mystery. I would like to access the above and a few more
sites. Can anyone help? with thanks.

Open Windows Explorer to Documents and Settings\<your account>\Cookies.
Delete any cookies with Yahoo, AOL or Netscape mentioned in their names.
Double check your cookie settings. Try this sites again.

If using a firewall or popup blocker, check the program settings for these
apps to be sure that you aren't blocking anything needed for these sites.
