inserting picture

I am trying to make a flyer for a friend's birthday party
and when I attempted to insert a picture from clip art the
the computer asked for me to put in a microsoft 7.0 disc
in when I thought clip art was included in the package.

The clipart is on the disc....

....But you can install it on the hard disk and then it won't
ask for the CD.
