View Full Version : CAN'T USE RICH TEXT IN E-MAIL

Before I installed Windows XP, I could compose messages in
Yahoo mail using rich text (color and graphics.) Now I
cannot. If I go to someone elses PC that does not have
Windows XP, I can use rich text. What do I need to change
in Windows XP to allow me to use rich text?

What are you using to write Yahoo mail? An email program or their email
website? If a program, which one? Is there a menu in the program to set the
style for composing email? For example: In Outlook Express' menu, click
Tools> Options> Send. On this page you can select your preferred style for
mail and for news.

Tools --options--send tab. Also the format tab in the 'send' window.
