Error message

XP has worked well for 6 months ,but after installing
Band in a Box(music accompaniment software) I have the
message 'Windows explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close'.
I realise that I need to download some update but can't
seem to find which one. Can anyone enlighten me please?

Hi Roy,

As the problems started with the installation of the new software, I =
would suggest referring to support for that product for known issues and =
resolution. Updates generally address security concerns, not program =
compatibility issues.
