This is a built in user check to ensure the proper
characters are entered for the key. For example, a
lowercase "L" (l) might be confused with a number "one"
(1), and "O" with "zero" (0), and "S" with "five" (5). If
you look at the product key carefully, you shouldn't have
to enter any of these "taboo" characters.
