xDSL installation = ~100EUR, monthlyfee = ~50EUR speed is (usually) starting
at 256/256 (differs slightly depending on which telephone company you use )

Cable in Helsinki (HTV), at least, is sign up = 50EUR (often campain on, so
free), monthly fees = 100/100 speed costs 29EUR, 512/200 costs 49EUR and
2M/200 costs 69EUR ....
