Problem with Tweak UI to Bypass XP Log On

I use TweakUI to bypass the XPHome requirement for a log
on password. All worked great until I scheduled CheckDisk
and Defrag for automatic weekly disk maintenance.
Scheduling Defrag required me to enter my password. Now
every time I start up my computer I get a Log On Message
forcing me to enter my password as if I had never set up
TweakUI. I checked TweakUI and it is still set for auto
log on. How do I fix this, or at least turn off the
automatic disk maintenance in hopes TweakUI will work
again.

Hi

You can try the following to bypass the Logon screen:

From Start>Run type in

control userpasswords2

then uncheck 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this =
computer' and click 'Apply'. On the next screen - 'Automatically Log =
On' - delete the name 'Administrator' from the User name box and enter =
your account name and then the password in the next two boxes. OK your =
way out and then reboot your system.

up the registry editor (Start/Run REGEDIT) and navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Lsa and on the right-hand pane double click on
the value named 'limitblankpassworduse' and set the data to '0' (zero)

If the following value does not exist, you can create it by right clicking on an empty space in the
right pane and selecting 'New >> DWORD' and type the name 'limitblankpassworduse' (without quotes).
Set its value to 0.
