microsoft intellimouse..

I have recently changed over to XP pro and am having
problems on the net with the 2 back buttons on my
intellimouse optical mouse..When on aol 8 the problem
arrises ,but when i revert back to internet explorer the
problem dissapears...can anyone help PLEASE!!!

The back and forward buttons wont work with AOL's specialized
interface that they add to IE.

Now that AOL and MS have settled their lawsuit though and have decided
to play nice with each other, maybe that will be fixed in the future.
(Since part of that settlement includes AOL being able to use IE for
the next seven years)
