how do I recover a deleted user account?

Someone deleted my user account, along with all my
programs and papers on it. I would like to be able to
recover my account, but am not sure how to. Help would be

If the user profile was deleted, there is generally no recovery of
any of the files, short of sending the hard drive off to one of the
professional data recovery services. These services charge anywhere
from several hundred to a couple thousand dollars for their work.
