ok i set the moniter to 60 mhz it was set to 70 mhz now
i cannot see the screen to se it back can you help

You will need to boot into 'enable vga mode' which is on the safemode / boot
menu.
To do this, just before the windows boot logo appears, press F8. From the
menu select vga mode, then select windows from the next menu.
One you are at your desktop, set your display options and reboot by going
start > shutdown > restart. If your screen does not work again, try booting
back up into vga mode and try different settings or checking your video
drivers.
