Mysterious User Account

I am the owner/administrator of this computer. There
should only be two account users set up. At least, there
were only two at one time. I just checked my user
accounts and I found this account called ASP.NET Machine
A....
It says that it is a limited account and that it is
password protected. Can anyone tell me what that is, and
maybe where it could have come from? Should I delete this
account?

This user id is created when you install .NET framework through Windows
Update.
You can delete that id if you don't want; it doesn't harm.
