2 Harddrives

[Gene Casteel]

I am in the process of updating my computer, I am trying
to install 2 Maxtor 160 GB hard drives both are 6Y160PO.
After installing the first, which went fine, I installed
the second drive. From the "my computer" screen it only
shows 1 drive but when I go to the device manager it is
showing both drives. How do I get the computer to
recognize the second drive.

format the druive under computer managment - as my computer can not see it
until it is formated and amde active.

or somethign like that!
