How do I export emails?

I want to export all my Outlook Express received and sent
emails to a zip so I can import them to Outlook Express
on new system. Could someone tell me how to do this?

Don't zip them, look at your local store folder location
which is on the tools/options/maintenance tab. Copy the
files to a CD.
