You are not alone! I have a ATI 9500 Pro and am
experiencing the same problem. I've looked into this for
ages and have come to the conclusion that there is a
conflict with the ATI and my Cable modem card.
Do the following. Go to device manager and view by
RESOURCE TYPE. Check IRQ's are not sharing. I beleive
my problem is with IRQ 16 being shared by ATI and ITex
ADSL mode. I can't change it though due to APCI being
installed in XP. I'm still looking into how to manually
change this setting.

Hello
Have you updated the Bios at all and also I am using a Nvidia
video here are my spec's GeForce 4, TI4200 128ram, WD (80gig)
512ram pc3200, cdrom cd-rw and DVD XP Pro with all updates
and not one BSOD. Been working great. Only thing I did was update
the bios, but prior to doing that I still had no problems

Hello all,
I have the same problem!
Have an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe (pcb v1.x) mbo, AMD Athlon 2600+, 1x512MB DDR,
Geforce4
4800SE, 300W power supply. WinXP and nothing else. (just new-installed from
scratch to start over with all drivers.)
Have tested everything; update BIOS (Now 1004), new (not WHQL) and old
(WHQL) drivers (Detonator+others), change mem speed, change AGP speed and
settings, also tested other video cards (GF 2 GTS AGP and an old GF PCI
(Seemed to improve the problem, but I couldn't even run DirectX with it so I
couln't really test), borrowed proven 512MB DDRs from a friend, but nothing
helps.
Main symptom is Bluescreen with either PFL_LIST_CORRUPT,
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, or simply STOP at 0x00000000, sometimes even
just reboot.
Usually happens with graphics activity such as games (guaranteed to crash
within 5 minutes of Ghost Recon), but also fast flipping back and forth
through a power point presentation will kill it.
I do not beleve it is overheat - use open lid for my case, and monitors the
temp with ASUS probe (Temp stable at 45C/113F except when I increase voltage
when it goes up to 54C/129F). Have also tried increasing both AGP voltage
(nom 1.5V), DDR voltage and Vcore without success. Maybe somewhat more
stable at 1.7V AGP core, but that might be just a coincident.
I'll check the post in the middle mount as Richie suggested.
Any clues?
Regards,
Kåre
