This is a problem. Are you running W XP or Home? When I
upgraded from Home to XP all DSL with username and
password were greyed out. I called Microsoft and the tech
walked me through several registry edits to enable the
connection.. Worked great took about 45 minutes and
everything is working great...YEA MICROSOFT TECH SUPPORT
