I hope this problem doesn't worsen, but it's already
started.
The "s" key on this new computer is sticking. After
this, the "e" began to stick. Then the "3" key,
sometimes, won't type unless I really hit it hard.
I found a web site for a different model of dell laptop,
which said to remove the keyboard by doing something on
the backside, but it didn't say how.
How?

Greetings --
Turn the laptop over. On it's bottom, you should see several
screws marked with a "K."
