Print shop 15-Uninstall

[Just Me]

I'm not sure of what to do. My husband bought me this
program last year and it worked fine. A few weeks back I
decided to uninstall it (for some unknown reason). Now I
can't get it to reinstall. It says that it is already
installed...but it isn't......please help......thanks

How did you uninstall the program? Through Control Panel|Add/Remove
Programs, or did you just delete its folder?

It will tell you how to clean up after an incomplete uninstall.

Look in C:\program files and delete any Print shop folders.
Then load REgedit and search and remove Print Shop entries.
Then try to reinstall.
