Hi
I recently installed a DVD rom/CDRW on PC (previously had
CD only) and although have got problems playing DVDs the
solution which am not quite sure of (still investigating)
it now fails to recognise/read either a DVD or CD when
inserted. It knows something is there but can't see any
files etc on the DVD/CD whether files are music/ data/
mixed etc. However this is intermittent and not happening
every time. Do you think it could be a problem with the
hardware or maybe I haven't fitted it correctly ? Not too
technically minded so please explain in lay mans terms !!!
(Make is LG GCC-4320B)
