ihave the burner programs to make a cd but the computer
says that it cant detect the cd rewritable drive? what do
i do??

You have the programs...do you have a writable drive?

depending on which burning software u r using, be it easy
cd creator or nero, go to their website and find a update.
that should solve your problem!!!
