Need XP driver for Modem PCTEL PCT789T

I can't find a driver for this modem (PCI card) even i
searched everywhere.

If someone can help me i thank him in advance.

Have you just let xp identify the modem. Even if it identified as a
different model it will sometimes work. If you can not find a driver on the
Manufactures web site then there is a very good chanch there is none. Check
the local store for a sale on internal modems. Sometimes you can pick one
up pennies after rebate. Office Max had one on sale last week free after
rebates.
