unable to retrieve "Welcome Screen + Fast User Switching"

Hi, i have the following problem that i cannot retrieve
the customizing of multiple profiles at the login screen
to Windows XP. When i want to customize the profiles, i
get the message
"Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome
Screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features,
you must uninstall Client Services for Netware."
But the problem is, i do not find any Netware program or
Client Services for Netware program installed that i can
remove.
