I downloaded the windows xp media fix 9 and I can't play cd's. I get an error message that the download was unsuccessful. I have tried over and over and I keep getting the same message that there was an error in the download.

Try asking in the WindowsMediaPlayer newsgroups..... this one is for
printing and faxing troubleshooting!
