XP printing "Sent to Printer" status in print queue

I've seen a lot of people with this problem (including
myself), and I saw an earlier post from someone named Alan
Morris that helped me fix mine. In the printer
properties, on the Ports tab, uncheck the box "Enable
bidirectional support".
