Sound Tab

Hi,
I'm trying to change the sounds that windows makes when it starts up by changing the sound scheme.
For some reason i can't see the sound tab.

I can see Themes, Desktop, Screen Saver, Appearance, Settings but no sound tab.
(i have admin privilidges)
