Hi, I am confused! Ever since I installed the Service
Pack 1 I no longer enjoy any audio - from Microsofts warm
welcome to music, video or the chime of a bell. I've
updated all the drivers for my sound card and according
to device manager all is hunky dorey. I've trawled the
web for similar problems, yet don't seem any nearer to
fixing it. I am thinking of removing the service pack,
but thought someone might help.
I run Windows XP Home Edition and my sound card is a
SoundBlaster Live Value with driver v5.12.2.252. All the
audio codec's seem to OK, although I am no techie, so I
could be way off.
Anyone had similar problems? Any solutions.
Cheers
