ever since i added new users to my computer whenever i

I suggest you to clear the CMOS of the computer. This will bring the BIOS of
the computer to its defaults factory settings. You can find the
information on how to clear the CMOS, in the User Guide of the computer. If
you do not have documentation with you, order one 800-952-7689 option 5.
This will solve the problem.
