Problem with Arabic Lang.

Hi All..

I'm using windows xp pro. edition and some times I need to use or read some
Arabic stuff.
I checked the option " Install files for complex script and right to left
languages" and it enabled me to read and write Arabic text.
But the problem arises when I receive any html formatted mail that contain
Arabic contents and I don't know why it appears like if it was encrypted or
corrupted.
