My problem is this: We can't get windows xp to accept 2
palm handhelds. In my quest for an answer I wrote to the
following companies.
1. Palm (suggested Chapura settings is wrong...it is not)
2. Chapura (suggested that it might be a hardware
problem...it is not)
3. Dell, (suggested that it might be a windows
problem...is it ?)
A more detailed description of this problem follows.
I have a Palm m125. I am very pleased with it as it
worked wonderfully. I did not have any problems using it,
syncronizing it etc.
Then I bought my wife a Palm m130, and we started using
our pda's with our Dell laptop. The problem is that if
mine works then hers won't...and vice versa. When mine
works and hers doesn't, then I reistall her palm software
and then hers work my mine won't !
If I reinstall my palm software, then mine works but hers
won't ! If hers work, and I "go to my side" of windows
xp, and tries to synchronize my palm, then the screen
goes blue, the computer says "dumpimg physical memory to
disc", counts to 100 and restarts.
What should I do ? Could it be a USB problem ? Do I need
to download windows supplication software ?
