There are commands used by the Command Prompt MS-DOS emulator,
but there are no DOS commands because Windows XP is not based on DOS.
Go to Start > Run and type: CND , and hit enter.

Scott;
There is no DOS in WInXp.
Start > Run > CMD
It is CMD not CND
This is a command line DOS emulator which will allow you to use some DOS
commands.
This is NOT a true DOS environment.
