Is it suggested to use End It All or End It All 2 in XP Pro?

End it All is a "tool". What do you propose to use it for? I normally use
it to close programs prior to loading software or updates.

I always used it with Windows 98 & ME to close all open programs before
running Flight Simulator. I wondered if it was safe to use it with XP.

The program isn't marked for use with XP but it may still run just fine. You
may want to try Flight Simulator without using End It All. XP runs programs
a little differently than Win98 and ME. They are more "compartmentalized" so
other programs and processes shouldn't interfere in the same manner that
they did in your previous Windows.

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)

Great news for those that really like this program. Thanks for the
additional input. You're not using your usual "From" name today but
recognize that sig tag. Take care and thanks again.

I think all those CTL+ALT+DEL's are a major stumbling block
for doing clean installs of apps that r at root of many
users problems. Too bad PCmag now wants $ for their
utilities.

RE: usual "From" name - Gotta have lots AKA's when ur pic is
plastered all over the post office :)

Take care - Larry
