blue screen

At startup it goes to a blue screen hit f8 crap but it
never works goes back to blue screen there was a circuit
breaker in comp.room restarted comp. and message showed
up but still isn't working help anyone

type the string of numbers from the blue screen eg 0x00000000 (EAx00000001
etc into google search or at the microsoft page to tell you what the bsod is
for, you may need to reinstall xp.
