How to reduce the size of favicons?

After installing Encarta Deluxe 2003 the favicons in Favorites tab on IE has
enlarged somewhat. It's causing the line spacing to widen, lengthening the
Favorites list. How do I reduce the favicon size so that I do not need to
scroll down the Favorites list.

I got back the smaller favicons in Favorites by accident!! On the Display
Properties/ Appearance/ Color scheme - I chose Olive Green; and discovered
that my favicons were back to normal size. So I switched back to
Default(blue). And the favicons remained normal sized.
