My home computer is shutdown and restarted automatically by
NT AUTHORITY / SYSTEM whenever I am on the internet. I
don't why since I am not using any network.

Bill could be kinder, but so could you! It is obvious you don't get the =
OP's gist of the question, as Bill pointed out in your lack of =
understanding semantics. The guy obviously thought a Network System =
Admin (like in company networking situations). shut his system down, =
since it looked like a network execution to him. He didn't know it is a =
virus. He simply wondered how a Network Admin would have authority over =
(his) typical/common internet connection. You replied to him scornfully, =
and not with any kind of help.
So, either you really cannot read into words, being as you replied =
simplistically, or you were just being scornful. I suspect both to be =
honest. If you really cannot bother to answer kindly and with some =
semblance of help, why don't you just simply not reply to these posts =
that somehow fill you with hot air, and move on?
