display question

I have a viewsonic e790b monitor and a NVIDIA GeForce2
GTS/geforce2pro video card. I have the latest drivers to
the best of my knowledge. The screen is a bit dark and i
have adjusted the monitors bright and contrast to their
maximum and was wondering what else i should try. The
only thing im not sure about is the drivers for the
monitor call it a e790b-4 and i cant change them to
anything else was wondering is the 4 an update number or
driver patch number. im getting tired of being in the
dark and any help would be great

Sounds more of a monitor issue for the brightness. Have you tried the
monitor on another computer and another monitor on your computer. Until you
do that further discussion could be pointless.
