Only your ADSL provider can help you.

Why bother answering if you're not going to be helpful?
You need to make sure that you can see the router first, so open up
your web browser and type in HTTP://10.0.0.2
If you don't get a page with a conexant logo in the top left, then
open up a dos prompt and type PING 10.0.0.2
if this comes back with an error message, then the problem is the
connection to the PC (make sure the router is turned on). Also, check
if you have another network card installed - post back here if you do.
If you get the conexant configuration screen, go to the ADSL status
page. YOu should see some boxes with numbers in them which change
occasionally.
If not, check that the lights on the router are as follows:
1. READY LIGHT red and flashing
2. WAN LIGHT green and steady (flashes for a minute or so after
turning on).
If the WAN light is not steady then the ADSL connection is
unavailable, contact freeserver.
If you are getting all the numbers changing in the ADSL status screen,
then the connection is up and you just need to log on.
Go to the WAN configuration screen. The settings should be@
Default Gateway : 0.0.0.0
PER VC:
Rnabled - Yes, VPI - 0, VCI - 38, Static IP - 0.0.0.0 (unless you have
a static IP from freeserve), subnet mask - 0.0.0.0
I presume you're not using a MAC, so I'll ingore that bit
ATM - UBR
Bandwidth - 0
Encapsulation - PPPoA VC-Mux
** IMPORTANT - freeserve may require a different setting here - try
this, but check with them
Bridge - disabled
IGMP - disabled
PPP
Service Name - Freeserver
Username - supplied to you by freeserve
password - supplied to you by freeserve
And that's about it - but now go to the DNS configuration page
enter the DNS server IPs given to you by freeserve
Further down the menu is also ADSL configuration - if you're not
getting a steady WAN light, then you may want to check the following:
Enabled - Trellis (at least that's what mine says)
Autosense - G.dmt first - Handshake protocol
Wiring Selection - Tip/Ring
Biw Swapping - disabled.
Hope all this helps.
