I really need help

When I tried to encrypt a file, I don't see the "Security
Tab" my computer only displays is "Sharing" and when I
try to encrypt a folder I can't select "Encrypt contents".
Does anybody knows how to make the security tab appear
and encrypt files?

Only XP Pro has native encryption. Are you running XP Pro?
