have a xerox m940 workcenter hooked up via usb cable. had
worked well until i thought i would need ot reformat my
computer and removed the application. have had nothing
but trouble trying to use it since. have gone to xerox
site and downloaded the install kit and followed the
directions to the T. printer will print via the controls
on the unit itself, however on the computer there is a
failure to communicate when i try to print. help!
