Can someone please help me?

I have been using hotbar to decorate my email. I have outlook express.
Everything was working fine until yesterday.
Now when I first log on ane the OE page comes up I can use hotbar. The
Hotbar toolbar is across the top as always. But after I have sent the
first email the hotbar tool bar disappears. I can't delete the last
background or replace it with a new one?
Does anyone know why I can't use it like I always have?

512w (on the tower & hp pavilion v50 on the monitor)

Hotbar is very intrusive spyware and if you have any desire
to have privacy you should download SpyBot
http://spybot.eon.net.au/ and delete all the spyware on your
computer.
