drivers & Scanning application for UMAX 1220P under XP-Pro?

Hi All,

Where could I find software drivers & Scanning
application for my 1220P running with XP-Pro?

UMAX doesn't have a driver for XP!

They suggested installing it via Scanners and Cameras in
Control Panel. But it listed only model 610P!

Any ideas...

Well you can try www.driverguide.com or a search on google.com
if you luck their, buy a new scanner, but if you Umax won't offer any
your pretty much out of luck

Try Umax Europe sites. I believe that's where I got my drivers from when I
had the same scanner.

If it is not on the xp cdrom and your manufacture says they do not have
updated xp drivers then you problably are out of luck. Some times the
Win2000 drivers will work or work partially. Scannners and printers of
fairly recent purchases are one of the most common problems not working
under xp. Best to look in the sales of your local stores and wait until a
scanner goes on sale and replace.
