I am having difficulty figuring out how to set my new laptop up properly.
With XP Home Ed., I wanted to create a work profile and a home profile, with
the idea that each would have the local network drives mapped properly,
etc.. However, I have discovered that with the separate profiles I cannot
access the same OE mail. (Granted, I can duplicate mail settings and
download mail from either profile, but I can't access any mail already
downloaded.) Is there a better way to set up two configurations?

Thanx,
Wm

(Replies CC'd to LAshooter at hotmail would be greatly appreciated)

According to this article, a Roaming Profile is used when mail is left on
the corporate server. All of my mail is downloaded to the laptop, so that
sounds like a Local User rather than a Roaming user. If I have 2 Local
Users, it looks like I'll have the same problem. It doesn't look like a
Roaming Profile will allow me to access the same local mail settings,
although it will customize my desktop and network connections...

Am I reading that correctly?
