I am getting a strange display problem. All of my text
displayed during boot-up and when in DOS-mode is missing
parts of the letters. I the background is black, there
are 2 horizontal lines through every line of text. I also
seem to be having some video performance issues in
windows. I have tried updating the drivers to the latest
drivers. I have also uninstalled the drivers, and
reinstalled the card with the original drivers. The
computer is an AMD 2500+ with an Nvidia Geforce 4200Ti -
8xAGP. Motherboard is ASUS A7N8x Deluxe with 512DDR.
Please send me an e-mail if you have experienced this
problem, or know how I might correct it. I am currently
reinstalling WinXP, but during setup, I still have the
same display problem. Thanks. -John

Try reducing the screen refresh rate (for e.g., if you're running video @
75Hz or 70Hz, try changing to 60Hz).
