I have a 4 disk NEC CD-ROM autochanger that works in Win9xx but now
I've upgraded to XP OS it only shows/runs the first CD. In Win9xx it
showed and operated 4 CDs. It showed them (all 4 CDs, plus my main CD,
5 in total) in My Computer. Now, I cannot get it to recognise all 4
CDs.

XP recognises it as NEC CD-ROM DRIVE:252 which should work. It will
accept a CD in the first slot of the Autochanger and it runs ok. But
not the rest.

There was origianlly a driver that would load, but not anymore.

Any ideas

Regards
Mark

Hi Mark,

You may need a firmware update from NEC, that would be the first place =
to go.

Hi Mark,

Tried calling them? I find support forms filled out online to be lacking =
in responses quite often. If you don't receive an answer within 24 hours =
(regular business working day), then chances are you won't see one at =
all.
