I have an XP Pro and the MS Label says Windows XP Pro 1 - 2 CPU.
Does this mean I can load this CD on 2 different Computers?

Some computers (mainly servers) have 2 or more processors to increace
performance. Some editions of windows are designed to utilise these extra
processor(s) such as the edition of windows you have, which allows you to
install it on a computer with up to 2 processors.
If it is an OEM version then i would guess that your computer has more than
one processor. You can check by looking in your device manager or by opening
the cover of the box and looking for a couple of fans on some large chips,
on the motherboard.

Not exactly. One of the benefits XP Pro has over XP Home
is that it can handle dual processors while Home can't.
Doesn't mean you have 2 CPUs in your pc, just that the
software can handle 2.

Ray - The support for dual processors is not specific to OEM Window XP
Professional CDs. All Windows XP Professional CDs be they Retail, OEM or VL
are dual processor capable and licensed. It should not be taken to imply
that your OEM PC is a dual processor workstation. As an end user you would
also be aware in the significant difference in price between your dual
processor workstation and regular single processor PC.

No. It's referring to CPUs, not computers. It simply means that
XP Professional can support computers with a single CPU or with
two CPUs.

Yes, all copies of XP Professional have that support for two
processors.

Possible, but highly unlikely.
