i can't shut doun the system , the problem is when i log
on in the computer with my accout i can't shut down the
system after that , i did new account it's working
i understand theres problem with my Profile but how i can
to fix it ??????????????????????????
i tried to copy the profile , and use it in the another
accounts i face same problem

If you create a new user from scratch and log in as that new user, do you
have a problem shutting down then ???
If not then you may have your administrative rights or policys not set up
correctly.

hi
if i make new user (normal ) i don't face any problem but
if i used the same profile for this new user i face the
problem
i think the problem with the profile a not in the user and
i have all perrmesion to do any think
how we can fix the profile this the problem !!!!

Each profile in XP can have its own evironment. One may have several
programs launching at startup. The other may have one or two. If the new
profile (which will have very little if anything loading at startup) is able
to shutdown without a problem compared to the other account then suspect one
of those background programs as the cause. If both accounts are slow to
shutdown, it's likely the same startup program or a driver that is the
source of the shutdown problem.
