I have Windows Xp Professional. I have a 56K External
Modem. I have the new Xp driver from the manufacturer.
The modem driver works, the modem works but the WAVE
DEVIDE DRIVER doesn't wants to get installed. So i don't
have any voice support for any modem.
This happens also with another internal PCI Modem that i
tryed out.
In windows Me & 98 the modem works great !!! the driver
auto installs completly. I mean the modem driver & the
wave device driver works fine. Everything is fine.
When i tried to install the wave device driver manually,
it gives me an error message saying that the device
doesn't allow to install this driver (very few
information).
I haev format the disk, installed again the whole system
but nothing. Can anyone help me please.
