Modem Does Not Work

I have just installed win. xp to my friend pc but it does
not have the driver for his modem (pci simple
Communications controller) please tell me you know where
to find the drivers for this hardware to work on win. xp

The modem manufacturer's WEBsite would be the place to look first.
