i am trying to usea usb cable to connect my nextel phone
to download ringtones but a message says that i am
operating a windows system that does not support my
usbwhat can i do

You probably need to go to a Nextel website or the website
of the phone manufacturer and get a software driver so the
computer can use the USB to connect to the telephone.
